Join Caravan Health founder Lynn Barr and Neal Shah, health law expert from Polsinelli, for an interactive webinar to dive into the details of the recently proposed rules on the Physician Self-Referral (Stark) and Anti-Kickback Statutes (AKS).

These highly anticipated rules will make it easier for providers to participate in ACOs.

The pair of rules was issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the HHS Office of the Inspector General as part of the HHS Regulatory Sprint to Coordinated Care. They would remove barriers to participation in value-based care by providing certain exceptions to the Stark and AKS laws. These critical updates will modernize these laws for today’s health care reimbursement landscape. With the move away from a fee-for-service, volume-driven payment environment toward payments based on quality, these rules ease the way for coordinated care and other services central to value-based payment.

In this webinar, Lynn and Neal will review the regulatory details, timeline for public comment, and explain what it all means for the future of accountable care.
