Caravan Health partnered with hospitals throughout rural America save millions for Medicare through the ACO Investment Model (AIM). Join us for an interactive panel webinar to hear more about how rural hospitals found success in value-based payment.

Through AIM, CMS provided two years of start-up funds to smaller and rural accountable care organizations venturing into value-based payment. The results have been exceptional – AIM proves that rural providers can save money for Medicare without sacrificing quality. AIM saved over $187 million for Medicare in its second year, an increase over the $131 million saved in year one. Caravan Health was proud to sponsor 21 of these smaller, rural ACOs that are responsible for more than half of the savings.
