Caravan Health today announced the call for speaker proposals for the 2018 Accountable Care Symposium, the cutting-edge learning and networking event for current and future participants in Accountable Care Organizations and other alternative payment models. The
third annual event returns to Phoenix, Arizona on December 5 and 6 to discuss the biggest trends and innovations in population health.

The 2018 Accountable Care Symposium is an opportunity for industry thought leaders to share their vision, strategies and experiences in value-based payment systems. This year’s event will include more than 900 attendees including hospital executives, administrators, physicians, nurses, clinicians and community leaders.

“The Accountable Care Symposium is at the forefront of population health,” said Lynn Barr, chief executive officer of Caravan Health. “Each year we feature an incredible lineup of visionaries and subject matter experts who present on a wide range of topics affecting health care today. We also welcome proposals from other experts in population health management from our clients and others.”

The two-day event will feature multiple breakout sessions on topics such as ACO management, data analytics, clinic and workflow redesign, managing chronically ill patients, Hierarchical Condition Category Coding, change management, physician leadership, Behavioral Health Integration, preparing for risk, care transitions and more.
