By registering for the Symposium, each registrant/attendee agrees to the following Cancellation and Refund Policies.
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, registrants must send a cancellation email to EducationalEvents@CaravanHealth.com
on or before November 20, 2020
. Registrations made after November 20, 2020
are non-refundable and non-transferable. Caravan, in its sole discretion, may grant a Hardship Exception (e.g. military deployment, extreme illness or injury) to cancellations received after November 20, 2020
(regardless of the date of registration).
Payments made by credit/debit card will be credited back to the original credit/debit card.
There will be no refunds or credits for any amounts paid by a registrant/attendee, if the registrant/attendee does not attend any event (and failed to cancel under this policy).
