Louise Yinug
Senior Policy Analyst 

Louise came to Caravan Health in 2018 with extensive public policy and government experience in both the executive and legislative branches of the federal government. At Caravan, Louise leads the development of written content for our external audiences, specializing in policy issues. Before joining Caravan, she worked on Capitol Hill where she managed a research team at the Congressional Research Service. Prior to her time at CRS, Ms. Yinug was a senior health policy and legislative analyst with the White House Office of Management and Budget and then later at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management working on a variety of health programs, including Medicaid, the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program, and the employer requirements of the Affordable Care Act.

Nicole Banister
Senior Vice President of Practice Transformation 

Nicole joined Caravan Health in 2018, as Vice President of Practice Transformation. In this role she leads the regional delivery team in their work with clients on Caravan Health core initiatives including annual wellness visits, HCC coding and chronic care management. She also guides clients in post-acute care coordination and behavioral health integration – advanced initiatives that help to build a successful foundation for value-based care. She ensures the Caravan approach supports adult learning theory and principles of change management.
Prior to joining Caravan Health, Nicole spent five years designing the learning network for the Comprehensive Primary Care program as a contractor for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. In this role, she successfully managed practice transformation efforts across 18 states, and facilitated learning and diffusion of best practices across 3,000 primary care sites. Nicole’s twenty years of leadership experience in health care operations with positions in hospital systems, physician practices, and quality improvement consulting is an asset to the continued growth of Caravan Health.
