Todd Searls

Todd Searls has 20 years’ experience serving healthcare communities of all sizes. He has led both his own and other Healthcare IT consulting companies, including leading a 250-client network of providers. He brings success in operations, marketing and sales, C-Suite and payor relationships. Todd has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. He lives in Lincoln, Nebraska.

David Latzer
Regional Vice President, Caravan Health

David Latzer has 20 years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle analysis, managed care, and analytics and advisory roles.  He worked as an advisor to C-Suite clients pursuing risk capability and managed care strategies.  David has experience supporting commercial and government payor contract negotiations.  He has a master's degree from New York University and is a member of HFMA and ACHE.  David resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Susan Hoes
Chief Financial/Chief Operating Officer, Alcona Health Center

As CF/OO, Ms. Hoes provides financial leadership for the Community Health Center (CHC), including direct management and oversight of the finance department. She directs the management of the CHC annual operating budget and alignment of its resources. As Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Hoes plans, directs and oversees the CHC’s operations policies, rules, initiatives, and goals.  She joined Alcona Health Center in 2002 and has more than 29 years’ combined experience in accounting, finance, and operations. She is a member of the Michigan Primary Care Association Finance and Operations Networks, the Michigan Community Health Network Finance Committee, and a board member of the Eastern Upper Peninsula Opioid Response Consortium.
