This year’s Pioneer Award winners discussed how they overcame obstacles and shared their success stories during a panel discussion about the lessons learned after implementing value-based care. The discussion was facilitated by Nicole Banister, Sr. Vice President of Practice Transformation, and Greg Paris, Sr. Vice President of Client Success with Caravan Health, part of Signify Health.
