Early bird pricing availible until september 25
KANSAS CITY, Mo., August 26, 2020, Caravan Health has opened early bird registration for its 2020 Accountable Care Symposium. The theme of the fifth annual event, held virtually from December 7-10, 2020, is “Opening New Doors to the Future of Health Care.”
The Caravan Health Accountable Care Symposium is the nation’s premier educational event for value-based payment professionals. Attendees learn how to leverage practice transformation to population health success and have opportunities to interact with leaders in clinical practice, organizational change, and public policy. Participants will hear directly from high-profile keynote speakers, as well as clinicians and administrators succeeding in accountable care.
“In the midst of a global pandemic, accountable care is leading the way for sustainable transformation of our health care system and the much-needed transition to caring for patients wherever they are,” said Tim Gronniger, Caravan Health CEO and President. “The pillars of value-based payment, including team-based, proactive primary care and nurse-led population health services, are more important than ever as we build a path toward the future. We look forward to seeing everyone virtually in December.”
In the new virtual format, attendees will be able to custom-build an agenda for their needs. Each of the four symposium days will focus on a specific topic, including program updates, improving patient care, creating new revenue, and technology tools. The symposium will feature sessions on getting started in an ACO, building a population health program and successfully transitioning to virtual care services. The event will continue its tradition of networking with plenty of opportunities to interact with peers across the country. Symposium attendees will also hear form Caravan Founder and Executive Chair Lynn Barr, who was recently honored by Modern Healthcare as one of 2020’s Top 25 Innovators.
For those taking advantage of early bird pricing, registration fees are as low as $99 per registrant with continuing education credits available. Early bird pricing is available through September 25. Early bird tickets and more information are available at this link.
