Caravan Health is proud to introduce our new learning management system, Caravan Learn. As our client base and product offerings have grown, we have thought carefully about what we need in a learning management system. Our top priorities are intuitive organization, seamless access between Caravan products, and ability to track progress for professional development. Caravan Learn represents a leap forward in engaging users, with an all-in-one approach that has many of the capabilities that clients have been asking for.

Intuitive organization & single sign-on
Caravan Learn is a comprehensive learning system that enables employees on every level to spend less time searching and more time engaging with learning tools, forum opportunities, best practices, and webinars that will enhance overall patient care. Caravan Learn is organized so you can find what you need quickly.

Caravan Learn is designed to make our programs easier to navigate. Understanding the requirements for quality improvement, compliance, and continuing education can be hard enough without having to negotiate a complicated learning management system. The new platform is thoughtfully curated and easy to understand.

Coming soon to Caravan Learn will be a single sign-on option. The single sign-on will make every Caravan tool and application simple to access by co-locating multiple resources and generating reports with only a one time sign on. Caravan Learn aligns seamlessly with Caravan Coach, our population health software launched earlier this year. There will be a portal directly connecting the two systems which prevents a silo effect of systems.

Enhanced educational experience
Caravan Learn will let you register for educational events and receive follow-up materials. The site will include slides, post-event recordings, and related materials. We have heard how important Caravan’s continuing education programs are to our clients and we aim to make these opportunities as easy as possible to access live or on-demand.

Caravan Learn helps users track progress and performance. You can easily see which courses you have completed. The user dashboard includes new features including an easy-to-print, frameable certificate for completed courses.

Preparing for the future
Perhaps most importantly, this new learning platform is flexible, scalable, and will grow with our company as we welcome more clients and identify additional services. We are anticipating the tools that clients may need in the future and there is room to add new features as client needs become clear.
