Interaction with Peers

The best thing about today’s workshop was the interaction and learning aspect from the other facilities that were present. Knowing where and how others are struggling and cohesively trying to find solutions.
— Zachary Chapman, Director of Physician Management at Gateway Regional Medical Center

Skills-based Training

Loved the open communication and sharing of info and best practices from other communities, much more effective than a presentation. The atmosphere was relaxed and collaborative and I got a lot of good suggestions on things we can do to improve.
– Stephanie Gustason, RN Care Coordinator at Northwest Florida Community Hospital
