Self Care Yoga Series

Alysha Findley is a seasoned yoga instructor, and her full self care yoga series is available below. 

These classes are available for anyone and everyone. The focus of each session will be to incorporate postures and breathing techniques to help you release stress and tension and improve your energy, clarity, and internal balance. Many of the poses can be done at your desk, with or without a mat, and don’t require yoga pants :)​
