Self Care Yoga Series
We are excited to offer a weekly Friday yoga series at 9AM CST to help you stay flexible in body and spirit.
Alysha Findley is a seasoned yoga instructor and will be guiding us through this series over the next several weeks.
These classes are available for anyone and everyone. The focus of each session will be to incorporate postures and breathing techniques to help you release stress and tension and improve your energy, clarity, and internal balance. Many of the poses can be done at your desk, with or without a mat, and don’t require yoga pants :)
