Caravan Health Launches Weekly Webinars to Help Providers Navigate New ACO Model Options

As the market leader in ACO creation and management, Caravan Health is uniquely poised to help physicians and community hospitals navigate every step of a successful ACO process.

AUSTIN, TX (January 25, 2017): Caravan Health is pleased to announce a new webinar series aimed at giving providers a roadmap for achieving success in the value-based landscape. Led by CEO Lynn Barr, a former community hospital CIO who survived this journey, these webinars will be an opportunity for providers to leverage the same experiences, both good and bad, that Caravan Health has learned on the road to achieving true population health.

Caravan Health’s leaders and clients are traveling on this journey for better care together with other providers seeking answers.  And the new ACO models are creating confusion on which program to choose and how to start with practical steps that have proven successful.

“At our recent ACO Symposium in Phoenix, we were humbled by the overwhelming response and need for our guidance on this value-based journey. We had expected 100 attendees and ended up with over 500, with hundreds of requests to provide this information to more and more communities,” said Lynn Barr, CEO and Founder of Caravan Health.

“Our hospital saw the transition from volume to value-based care as both the future of healthcare delivery and a better way to care for our patients. Caravan Health took us step by step through the complex regulations involved with population health programs like the ACO, and ensured that we came away with clarity, understanding and a roadmap for navigating value-based care implementation,” said Tim Putnam, CEO of Margaret Mary Community Hospital.

The webinars are complimentary, and will take place every Friday from 8:30 – 9:30 AM PST / 10:30 – 11:30 AM CST / 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM PST. This series will run through the end of March. The first webinar will be held on Friday, January 27.
