Todd Karner
Todd’s health care background as a paramedic and subsequently a flight nurse in Washington, DC.  Transitioning to hospital administration Todd became a line administrator at a major academic medical center and managed full at-risk capitated contracts, while completing a graduate degree in Health Care Administration. 

Having spent the last 15 years in health care IT, Todd was an EVP at McKesson and most recently a Senior Director in Population Health at Cerner Corporation.  Todd is completing a doctoral dissertation at Central Michigan University, researching the econometric impacts of ACO’s upon acute care hospitalization, is a fellow designee with ACHE and in the visiting scholar program at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. 

In his free time, Todd likes to travel with his three children and his wife Julie.
