Shawn Rhodes, MBA

Shawn Rhodes joined Caravan Health in 2021 and serves as Regional Vice President.  Shawn collaborates with clients to develop tailored population health strategies and support client’s performance improvement efforts as they transition to value-based care. He is a trusted advisor, to identify improvement opportunities, and share pertinent data information. Shawn  serves as a point person and plays a significant role in coordinating Caravan programs and resources to ensure client success.  

Shawn came to Caravan Health from Med Center Health, where he served as the Director of Clinical Integration.  He oversaw value-based agreements with various payors, ACO activities and quality improvement initiatives within the Clinically Integrated Network, Med Center Health Partners, which was comprised of employed and independent practices. 

He has held various positions including focusing on leadership development and cultural change, specializing in coaching and mentoring hospitals and achieving improved quality, efficiency, and financial performance. 

Shawn has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. He resides in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
