Greg Paris is the Senior Vice President of Client Success at Caravan Health. In his role, he works with senior executives who represent their communities on ACO boards. Greg’s primary responsibility is to ensure the satisfaction of the services Caravan Health is providing to ACO members. He oversees the overall value-based care results of more than 250 communities organized into large, collaborative ACOs, assists each ACO with structure, data analysis, and programs to improve quality and succeed in a shared savings environment. Greg works with hospitals and physicians to develop state-wide clinically integrated networks.
Prior to joining Caravan Health, Greg spent seven years at the StuderGroup, the country’s largest health care consulting company. His roles included Executive Coach, Rural Service Line Leader, and National Speaker. In these various roles he shared evidence-based leadership lessons to executive leaders, boards and physicians.
Greg has more than 19 years of experience as a hospital executive, gaining national recognition during his tenure as the CEO at Monroe County Hospital, in Albia, Iowa. Greg was named the Iowa Hospital Association Executive of the Year in 2007 and is a member of StuderGroup’s Hall of Fame.
He received his undergraduate degree in Marketing and Accounting from Iowa State University in Ames, IA and has a Master of Health Care Administration degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA.
