Britney Ruegsegger is a Regional Vice President at Caravan Health, now part of Signify Health. A trusted advisor, Britney provides strategic direction for healthcare executives within a variety of healthcare settings. As the Executive Director of a Rural ACO, Britney emanates her passion for helping rural communities collaborate to provide healthcare for vulnerable patient populations. Through data analysis and innovative design, she has successfully helped many clients transition to population healthcare. As a result, clients have increased access to care, improved quality of care, decreased overall healthcare spend, effectively managed chronic conditions, enhanced documentation processes, expanded revenue, and optimized workflows to save lives. She encourages clients to create a flourishing culture for a productive healthcare workforce through leadership development and physician engagement techniques.
Britney has over thirteen years of healthcare experience, including unique payor knowledge from Humana, Wellcare
, and United Healthcare. She has constructed several quality improvement initiatives around measures such as HEDIS, STARS, Patient Experience, and CAHPS. Building from the ground up, she has successfully implemented population health programs in new markets. Britney earned a master’s degree in both Nursing and Business Administration from Aspen University.
In her free time, Britney enjoys volunteering, medical mission trips, and rescuing horses from slaughter. She currently resides in Tennessee.
