Brad has served as corporate counsel to several Fortune 500 health care companies and their subsidiaries. He has significant experience in corporate operations and health insurance administration. He is a trusted business partner who interacts closely with the executive team to coordinate the efficient administration of business-related operational issues and corporate governance. He has served as a corporate team leader to help drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to integrate merger and acquisition initiatives. He has supported product development efforts and structured and negotiated complex commercial transactions. He forged corporate partnerships, joint ventures and led sales & marketing alliances that have consistently driven quality results and produced enhanced financial outcomes to each organization.
He developed a corporate wide litigation & arbitration process and coordinated intellectual property and trademark matters. He has led state and federal regulatory affairs teams and served as liaison to state insurance departments to help form favorable policy and legislation. He implemented corporate policy for employment practices such as EEOC matters, employment agreements and guidelines. Brad earned his Law Degree from Drake University Law School and Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications/Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa and successfully completed the MBA Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of Business.
