Brad Holliday is a successful Human Resources leader with over 25 years of career field experience. He has functioned as a valued member and strategic partner to Boards of Directors and executive committees advising on HR matters of Fortune-ranked healthcare, service & manufacturing corporations and their subsidiaries, such as SPX Corporation, AdvancePCS/Caremark, Schaller Anderson (an Aetna company), and AxelaCare Health Solutions (a UnitedHealth Group company). Throughout, Brad has maintained successful business relationships and has been extremely effective delivering people strategies and employee programs to facilitate the achievement of the corporation’s vision and strategic goals and objectives. Consistently over time these organizational programs have enhanced corporate value, rendering world-class HR organizations. These competency-based programs and integrated business strategies have been cutting edge, delivering a sustainable resource of highly qualified management talent with benchmarked improvement in individual performance. Process and program improvements also provided substantial reductions in overall operational expense such as recruitment and escalating employee benefit costs.
He has broad “hands on” generalist experience in Human Resources programs and employee relations, with the proven ability to integrate HR strategies, goals and objectives into business strategies. He also has a record of excellence in the establishment of effective partnerships with client customers, an ability to interface with all levels of personnel, and has obtained both the PHR (given by the Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM-CP (given by Society for Human Resources Management), as well as CBM (through Association of Professionals in Business Management) certifications. He is a former Advisory Board member for Arizona Human Resources Executive Forum (HRPG), is a current HR Advisory Board member for the University of Missouri – Kansas City, and is a current member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
Brad is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s highly-acclaimed Advanced Human Resource Executive Program, earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Organization Development from Baker College, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Friends University.
He has served on the Board of Directors for Communities Celebrating Diversity, as well as Big Brothers / Big Sisters, and volunteers time with local high schools presenting Interview Skills training to interested students.
